there goes the banana im out of subway and into nus prematurely for my new admin job today. it was everything i thought it would be and less, at least i had someone to render assistance given my newbie ways. i'd never expect myself to land myself such a appointment but anything goes when your bank balance is going anywhere but up. F&B is 'fun' and all yeah, but when the floor is filled with spilled diet coke or when you're at the mercy of a ruthless customer, what else can you do but say 'dang'. dang this semi-retirement period is coming to a halt soon enough and i'm not looking forward to my 'next phase in life'. nothing really is great when chris martin is telling you 'nobody said it was easy'. the only thing easy is admitting that it's harder than you thought. well i wonder who is going to care for me when i pity others. i don't need to feel sad to be sad, cos i know right now nothing makes it right. |
