Cheese and Toast? Toasted with Cheese? just got my first pay from subway. now i've to learn to be more prudent with my spending, although im still splashing my money onto UFO catcher. you may hear all that talk about how money is not the only thing in the world, how it is the root of all evil. i'll admit money is not entirely important, but it sure as hell is significant. im banking on 4D and soccer betting to bring in the extra dough which is probably enough only to pay random cab fares. hope i dont fuck up my next 10 years. i sometimes forget that i still have 4 years of schooling to do, i just get lost in my subway routine day after day. i wonder how those full-time subway peeps or white-collared workers i serve daily pull it off: dragging themselves to work and back home. they may work like dogs but i sincerely have respect for them. still, it's better to be the guy in front of the counter than behind it yea. if there's anything i've learnt from working at subway, it's that smile and the world might just smile back at you. i realise my eyes are practically non-existent when i smile though... |
