im on leave. hurray! on this random thursday night, where dialouge from 'Fracture' is blasting from the tv and my ears are plugged into 'Cry Me A River', im still pondering over this question: do cookies and milk make a person's day? yea absolutely out of the blue, i know. but i just like writing random gibberish for filler sake. back to reality, i took leave yesterday and spent the entirety of the day at home rotting to good food, music and movies. i had actually spent 11 hrs on bed, just sleeping. the surprising thing was that it didnt take much effort to do so. i sure as hell miss the good old days of sinful slumber. did want to make plans to go out for dinner with random people, but my laziness overwhelmed me and i simply spent these 2 days at home. right now, im feeling guilty wasting precious civilian time lazing around, but the thought of having to move my limbs continuously when im out made it an obvious choice. im gonna have a pretty rotten weekend anyway thanks to army, and it seems almost factually that my future saturday mornings will be burnt along with my sweat. coupled up with the pressure to be able to boast as the best signal unit once again, all this only makes ORD sweeter. i think i can consciously feel my brain growing duller, given my weekly routines. either i inject more life into my weekends or i just awol. |
