3rd wk oredi? yupz,it's the 3rd wk of the month already.so surprised,cos' it felt like only yesterday when i was hanging out with my OG and scurrying around in the amazing race.sadly,we all parted.only 1 of 'em chose the same combi as me,while the others were lyk classes away.guess i didn't keep my fingers crossed enuf.but my OG did rawk.one reason is tt it has twice the no. of gals in my CG( class grp).and a few in particular were eye-candy stuff.one cheung cheng and tkgs.the tkgs one looks like melody chen(gal from sci guy P.I),so wanting to tok to her.coincidence or not,i'd see her walking towards the same bs(bus stop) a stone's throw away from pasir ris mRt station.but at bus stop,there'd owaes be a couple of other tkgs ppl who immediately accept her into the crowd.kaoz,why can't the bunch of u take an earlier bus or be later?if u continue doing this,she aint gona hav a chance to socialise with others.I won't hav a chance to socialise with her.so loosen ya grip on her,she needs new company. wat i lyk abt my OG is tt the guys are so ez to get along,owaes happy to tok to u.fortunately for me,they communicate in eL most of the time,thus not keeping me out of place.esp one person,xuan yong,from hai xing catholic.very cheery and friendly chap,too bad he diff combi from me.but we still strike conversations with each other wheneva possible.seldom actually.the sch shld hav ket us share a couple of non-exam subj,lyk PE or PW.recess and lunch alone is not enuf.then with my new CG,had to make frenz again.not tt i mind,but it'd be better if we could hang out more since we were together for the first 5days of sch. my CG arz?tmsian make up the most(5),then north vista(4),then an unknown sch of 3ppl.i ended up chatting mopre with two serangoon ppl,daniel and justin.heard that both of 'em had known each other since pri 1!amazing ehz?but they has diff personalities.one is the cool cool,heck care,flirtatious ladies' man.the other is more nerdy,keeping a cool composure most of the time.he's the one tt chatters 12/5,but at a tolerable level.but they're a comical pair,owaes arguing over the most trival of matters,but seen together 24/7.great bonding i say.i used to hav one with an old pal,but he chose a diff route.it's been a wk of lectures and tutorials with my CG,and i think it'd be a great 2months with them. 2wk and Morning Xpress. ok,about the 2nd wk,rather sianz if i must say.schedule was simply lectures and recesses.in btw lectures i'd hang out at the library.air con damn song lor!2levels,2nd one for those who wana do their work and browse thru the ref bks,which i don't intend to do so.reason: lazy.all the while i've been slacking on the first level,cos sofa so comfy,unlike the level above,only has chairs(i think).u can borrow vcds too sia.cant rmb if tms library allow or not,but thumbs-up for library@mj!then last fri,saw ppl crowding a particular com,so expectedly,went to check it out.to my surprise(or rather,not that surprised),MJians were watching naruto.lyk the com room next to the librarian counter only,some more hav 10ppl watching.Hmz,mayb sch allow..anyway,hope the MJians make this a habit,then can attend this weekly screening of the fantastic anime.oso,FYI,i often see willie and jian wen secretly playing little fighters. Lectures I took phy,chem and double maths.not lyk some ppl who change their combi lyk nobody's business.wait till ya hear the reason,then maybe ya will forgive him.anyway,so far,it's been revision abt sec sch stuff.but i pity those who dun take amaths,lecturers teach at a blistering pace,not that i cant handle.fmaths i've got 3lecturers(i'll call 'em lect).1female,2male.now usually(or naturally),i'd pay more attention to the female one.but after a couple of her lectures,i'd say that i've seen better ones(ms meo duh!).the male ones not bad,at least joke joke here and there.somemore they nice enuf to ask if we can follow at his pace.not lyk the female one,wah piang,think we come ri,rg or vs lor.but still,aint saying that i'm lagging behind,i'm jus speaking on behalf of the rest(hahaz!).somemore she's my civics tutor,tiao sia. Phy lect rawks!he's so cute sia,not lyk those serious kinds.he behaves lyk he's still a kid at heart,cracks jokes ever so often.yahoo sia!and one of his assistants oso damn cute(female one this time),slender and hair looks lyk those from LUX ads.soft,silky,bouncy,springy.haiya,best 'cher so far.but my chem 'cher,wa lao..1st lesson, i saw a female setting up the equipment(com).tired,i closed my eyes and soon my tots drifted away.'ok,good morning ladies and gemtlemen..'. opened my eyes and saw the female seated down w/o a mic.ehz,tot she was the lect?then direct my vision to the laptop and saw a guy!oMgawd,did the gentle female-like voice jus emitted from him?u gotta be kidding.finally after hearing her(i mean his) voice a couple of times,it dawned on me that the lect is a guy,with girly girly voice.honest lor,if i could record let u listen,u'd admit too.den jokes began spewing out,lyk 'is she a guy?' or'sheman!'.haiz,poor thing. Friday,finally got to see my CG.25ppl : 7gals,18bois.proportionate or not?unfair lor.shld hav choosen a combi ahich appeals more to gals.2sci2maths does sound frightening.but got to know this daniel and justin.steady sia,cheery hippy ppl,no nerdy looks.joke with them very ez.then the justin fella was checking his particulars on a paper passed around.hahaz,his D.O.B was 1889,age: 104.then his fren daniel was lyk 'oh great senior,how do u conceal your age?wat treatment does wonders such as your case?teach me!'.laugh,i did.i see a great friendship in the making.let's hope things work out well! Ok,to end this blog,i wana tok abt the morning Xpress joke.on monday,the 'brudders' as their known had claimed that this coming friday(14.1) was gona be the last day of broadcast.then ppl started calling,crying on air.one even did a online petition,and spent $1oo!they continued to act lyk fri was truly the last of their days as the brudders,mood was pretty solemn.fortunately for me,i managed to hear 'em on radio on fri,cos it was free period.so in case ya dunno wat happened,i'll fill you in.here's as much as i can rmb. Last half hour of the show on fri(9.30 - 10). After talking to their guest,Peter Withe,coach of Indonesia,they began talking abt the coming match btw Sg and Indo.Glenn was gona support Indo,and so they joked around and stuff.when the show was reaching an end,rod mentioned abt this being the last day of broadcast.then fd was lyk saying wat he was gona do after that day,which was to spend more time with family and children,and carry on with his daily gigs.rod wanted to be more of the family man too,and improve his golf along the way.Glenn sad 'i wana get my football coaching license'.hahaz,wateva dude.then in came the nxt DJ,vernatta and she asked how they were.the usual replies followed.den she asked if they were coming ack or not.FD said maybe after they've achieved wat they set out to do,which was gonna take a couple of yrs,if not decades.rod agreed and here's the good part.'ya,we'll probably be back in a wk.'i was lyk 'wat?'.den fd said they were gona be away and be back in a wk's time.away for a break they say.then glenn was lyk shocked.he claimed that he really tot it was their last day at work,and he had already made plans for retirement.hahaz,so farnie,say in words here very hard to convey the funnienessin the end they said that fri was truly the last day of broadcast...of the wk and before their holiday.hahaz,expected lor.glenn was so pissed for being fooled that he demanded compensation: a wk's more leave.then got one part fd said 'ok,listeners,could ya stop messaging those vulgarities to us,it was meant to be a joke.' ya ryt. @ 1:10 AM

wk1. 2wks of jc.actually,2wks of slack.the first day was a bore.was in the hall for an entire day,people had to resort to goin to the toilets for some fresh air(toilets?fresh air?).but i jus sat there like stone and wasted a couple hours of my life.nothing much,din pay much attention to anybody too. nxt day was the true 1st day of orientation.as expected,we started off with ice breakers.slack slack as usual.nothing much to talk about,so let's fast forward to wednesday...*recalling*..ok,can't rmb much once again,but thurs has a much greater impact on me.it was the day we had the amazing race thing.only then did i started hanging out with the bois.not bad,very ezgoin ppl,din take long before a clan was formed in the OG.by the way,i was in sArGaS 5.there was a hai xing catholic fella who was real cheery.always smiling,so it aint surprising that we i chatted throughout the race ting.abt the race,we moved from pasir ris to tampines to bdk reservoir to simei.ran,brish walked,bus.i had suggested we rented a lorry and get the OG teacher to drive us around.a sure-win method,pity none of us had a driving license.in the end,we missed out a check point,and came in 5th overall.but bottomline,we bonded,and that matters.arz,before i forget,i saw this gal from cheung cheng who resembled someone from my prev cls,4/2. from the side,can see the striking resemblance.cute cute look. gentle too.but join basketball.power i say!u go gal. the last day was dedicated to water games.but i could notice the exhausted expression on everyone,enthusiasm had been sucked dry.even cheung cheng gals looked tired,yet alone the slaclan(pronounced as slack clan).and had to stay back an entire day to prepare for our skit,which ended up being dropped due to ime constraints.fortunately i and co. headed for the nearby mall to grab a bite.2 'kosong' was enough.the stroll back to sch was well-deserved after seeking refuge in the library for nearly 3hrs.that night we had a campfire.well,for the beginning at least.began to drizzle after castor(or alhena?) did their skit abt a raindance.coincidence?hell yeah.so the campfire ended up being a ordinary stage performance in the hall,where the skits were boring and dragged too long.a night to forget i say. so tat's pretty much abt the first wk. @ 1:30 AM

2wks into the new yr! figured since its the new yr,why not start things afresh?so i'm gona leave the old blog to collect dust(or shld i say, e-dust?) and try blogspot.seems like a popular choice among peeps,so me will blog here from today onwards.was reading my 15entries in the previous blog,and noticed that i had changed along the way.no more childish nonsense,gota behave like a 17yr old already! |
