Poetic Tragedy

I was thinking about this during my boring-as-hell bike theory lesson.

The girls(or guys whichever you're sexually attracted to) whom you label as hot are simply those you wish to engage in moments of pleasure with. or fuck.
The girls whom you label as attractive are those you'd actually bother to marry. or at least participate in a relationship with a less sexually-orientated agenda.

This concludes two things:
  • the lessons are a waste of time
  • I don't know how to waste my time more productively and sensibly
Two series i've watched thus far share a very uncanny similarity. Other than the fact they're actually drama hidden beneath the illusion of comedy, the two male leads are hopeless romantics. One is relentless in his pursuit and forthcoming with his courting manners; the other is laid back and hides his undying love beneath layers of work and pressure. While i admire how honest and true to themselves they remain throughout the 12 or 22 episodes, in spite of their consistency in failures, they somehow manage to get the girl at the end. eyes on the prize like cheese for the mice. of course everything else has to work out for you; like coincidences have to be pre-planned while hope no matter how bleak will lead you out of the darkness and despair eventually. their comedic nature has a part to play in their success, although humour has also been known as a convenient way to fill up the silence and void. ironically and somewhat truthfully, a handful of well-known comedians have had nervous breakdowns and suffered depressions. they are so apt at filling up other people's voids that theirs are neglected. a price to pay for entertainment. a room of laughs can only do so much i guess.

coincidentally both series have their male leads play out as writers.
is this a calling from above?
am i not to be a devout of the engineering cult?
is the trail of bread crumbs leading me elsewhere?
or nowhere?

i'm starting to make no sense.
