LAUGHS

almost lost my Good Friday to SAF had it not been for some radical yet late decision making by my dearest OC. thankfully i made it home past 12 on thursday, inconveniencing my dad in the process. met up with my bmt ppl for lunch at bugis and tried to watch a movie thereafter. sadly we couldnt decide (SAF has been deciding for me for the past year) which movie to waste our time on; either Step Up 2 or Vantage Point. we incorrigible bastards hog-ed up the queue till we killed any last chance for others in a rush to buy the tickets to Step Up 2. fortunately in the end we did make a unanimous decision (which didn't include my vote though) very much thanks to our Indian Dude who wanted Rule Number 1. OK movie lah since i don't dig cheena stuff.

I tried to paint you a picture
The colors were all wrong
Black and white didn't fit you
And all along

Had dinner at BDK 85 with the rest and caught Be Kind Rewind at CS soon after. Have not heard mass laughter in a room for a long while but it's comforting to know that Singaporeans have decent humour still.I've not watched a movie in a month and right now i'm about to watch 3 movies in 2 days. When it rains it sure as hell pours.

We won't say our goodbyes
you know it's better that way
We won't break, we won't die
It's just a moment of change

I realise i like to make people laugh. ALOT. especially those who seldom do or simply have a more acquired taste. they may simply be anatomically structured to have un-smiley lips or have muscular depravation around the mouth but it's still worth the challenge. knowing that they're humane beneath that cold exterior is heart-warming for me. knowing that in spite of their need to remain expressionless for personal reasons, a smile is a smile.

if i make people happy, who will make me happy? who will make me smile?
